My Story

A few years back my friend Steve got MS! I have run a half marathon dressed as a dinosaur for this charity with Jo his wife and run round the lake at Eton Dorney too many times for a marathon! So this year when I got a balloted place to run in the London Marathon it was a no brainer which charity I was going to run for - I mean it's kind of easy coz I already have the t-shirt! 

The Berkshire MS Therapy Centre has become a life line for Steve & Jo - it is a place that has not only given Steve specialist treatment but is also a place where they can meet others with MS and support each other. 

The charity runs a Centre in Reading that is entirely focused on the needs of people with MS. They receive no NHS funding and need to raise £450,000 every year to make sure that local people with MS get the support they need.

There is no cure for MS but the right support is life-changing. Every donation made today will help over 300 local people with MS manage their symptoms and live healthier lives.
